The terms governing your use of the HelmXP platform and services.
Last updated: May 2026. The authoritative version of these terms is managed by HelmXP staff and published here when in force. The text below is a placeholder until the first published version is available.
By accessing or using the HelmXP platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all credit union institutions (“Customers”) and their authorized users who access the Service under a paid subscription.
HelmXP is an AI-native executive workbench for US credit unions. The Service allows the executive team of a credit union to author board briefing materials, manage governance cycles, and provide structured access to board Captains. Access is scoped to the Customer's isolated Hub; no Customer data is shared with other Customers.
Subscriptions are billed annually or monthly as selected at signup. Pricing is based on the Customer's NCUA-reported asset tier at the time of subscription. Annual contracts auto-renew unless cancelled with 60 days' notice before the renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe; HelmXP does not store card data.
You may not use the Service to process data that is not yours, to attempt unauthorized access to other Customers' Hubs, or in violation of any applicable law. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited activities.
HelmXP processes Customer data solely to deliver the Service. Data is stored in encrypted form within the United States. Each Customer's data is logically isolated using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security. See the Privacy Policy for details on how personal data is handled, and the Data Processing Agreement for GDPR/CCPA processor obligations.
The Service and its underlying technology remain the exclusive property of HelmXP. Customer data — including board briefing content, financial commentary, and voice profiles — belongs to the Customer. On cancellation, HelmXP will provide a data export within 30 days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelmXP's aggregate liability to any Customer shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. HelmXP is not a licensed financial adviser; board briefing content generated by the Service must be reviewed and approved by authorized personnel before use in regulatory filings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
Questions about these Terms should be directed to legal@helmxp.com. For data-related requests, use the Data Processing Agreement contact listed there.
