When to use HelmXP: Your team is spending two to four days before each board meeting writing, reconciling, and formatting the packet. HelmXP compresses that to a few hours of review and sign-off.
HelmXP drafts the board briefing across all eight executive positions — CEO, CFO, CRO, COO, CLO, CHRO, CMO, CXO — using your General Ledger data, your NCUA 5300 call report, and your ALM model as source material. The AI produces a starting draft for each section; your executives review, edit, and approve.
The result is a single coherent board packet, ready for export to your board portal of choice.
HelmXP is not a board portal. Platforms like Diligent, OnBoard, Aprio, and BoardPaq deliver the board packet to directors. HelmXP produces the content those platforms deliver.
HelmXP is also not a compliance tool. It does not replace your examiner prep workflow, your policy management, or your vendor management system.

Every feature in HelmXP serves one of three workflows:
The Briefing — the assembled board packet for the current cycle. Eight executives, eight sections, one narrative. Board members (Captains) read, comment, and vote.
The Cycle — the board meeting rhythm. Each cycle has a template, a meeting date, assigned executives, deadlines, and automated escalations. Monthly, quarterly, annual, and special-meeting templates are included.
The Chart — the strategic plan, kept alive between offsites. Pillars, goals, initiatives, and KPIs — owned by executives, tracked against the board's most recent course.
