Starting a HelmXP Hub takes about five minutes. After checkout, your Hub is provisioned with a subdomain, eight default Seats, and a ready-to-use Wheel.
You need:

If you are evaluating on behalf of a credit union over $1B in assets, contact sales before checkout. Growth plans begin with a guided paid pilot, not a self-serve trial.
Click Start free trial on your chosen plan. You are taken to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Enter your:
Stripe processes the payment. HelmXP never sees your card number.
After checkout, HelmXP sends a confirmation email to the CEO address you provided. Click the confirmation link. This link is valid for 24 hours.
Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within two minutes. The sender is noreply@helmxp.com.
After confirming your email, you are signed in to your Hub at {your-hub-slug}.helmxp.com/wheel.
Your Hub slug is derived from your credit union's legal name. For example, HelmXP Credit Union becomes demo.helmxp.com. You can contact support to request a change to your slug before your first board meeting.

The checklist is advisory. You can start a Cycle before completing all items, but AI drafting quality improves significantly once data files are uploaded.
